Motivating students to learn in an inspiring environment. That is one of the principles of the British School Xàtiva. With this mission in mind, they have incorporated a new building for High School and Secondary education this year, along with new sports facilities and changing rooms, all equipped with designer furniture.
And they have once again trusted us for their classrooms. Specifically, FG chairs and desks have been used to furnish several of the new Secondary and High School classrooms, spacious and glass-walled, ranging from 50 to 80 square meters, equipped with WiFi, LED lighting, and audiovisual screens.
“Our belief is that education must be constantly renewed so that students do not fall into monotony or routine, but rather feel motivated and learn in an environment that captivates them.
And furniture plays a big role in that.
For such modern classrooms, we needed contemporary and innovative designer furniture," explains Franc Corbí, General Director of the British School Group Alzira, Xàtiva, Gandía.
In that sense, FG was the logical choice. “FG has always been the benchmark for education-focused furniture. Furthermore, we strongly identify with this new stage they have embarked on, with new school furniture that is sleeker, lighter, and more open.
Studying with chairs and desks from the 1920s is not exactly inspiring.
That's why we opted for these more modern and cheerful designs," comments Corbí. Our furniture has also been used to furnish administrative and professional staff rooms in this new building.
This year, our +Postura chairs were also incorporated into the school equipment of the British School Gandía, for early childhood and the first cycle of Primary education, a model that is “well-designed, very cheerful and colorful, solid, and ergonomically correct."
“In education, it is crucial to renew every year," he adds.
